“No Such Thing as Vampires” introduced us to Mick, Josef, Beth and Coraline and established a fascinating world in which vampires live among us. That first episode certainly piqued our interest, but for many of us, this was the one that “sealed the deal.” With secrecy paramount to the vampires’ survival, it seemed certain that Mick would be hiding his true nature from Beth for quite some time. Suspense makes good drama, right? Who among us saw it coming – the big reveal – so early on in the series? It was stunning and heartbreaking and totally unexpected, and it signaled for us that this show was going to take us on a ride we would never forget.
