I beleive she is one of the makeup crew for that photo shoot...kind of a hand's on job :snicker:

She's Delta Goodrem, Australian Singer/Songwriter and actress Back when the photo was taken she was seeing a guy called Brian McFadden (formerly of boyband Westlife)

Sorry, Grace - I thought you meant spritzy-lady, that's why I didn't reply.

The pic was from some Australians in Hollywood event - AFAIK, it was a purely friendly photo op.
