I agree with alle. It isn't unexpected that Alex would shed Steve at the end of the year.

If you think about it, aren't we all prone to doing something a little crazy if you're told "You can't cut your hair; you must keep it exactly the same" for several months. I've had the same hair cut for 20 years because I can't think of anything better. But if I was required to have it, I would definitely think of doing something different.

It's too bad he couldn't instantly will himself to Mick hair. His hair does grow fast, but not fast enough to satisfy the need that "I'm me again." :snicker:

Rhonda, I had to giggle at your comment about your hair - I think we all get stuck in that rut, but if we were told we couldn't cut it, we'd all want to get a different cut! :teeth: I totally get it - when I'm told at work there's something I can't do, I immediately want to do it. :teeth:

I have very few "off the clock" Alex, but here's one where he's on his own time AND has last year's summer cut. :teeth:

Wow! I was woefully behind on this thread and just started and Page 8 and went all the way through! :melts: Tough job, I know. :snicker: I don't have a stash, so I am dependent on all of you enablers.

Loved the themes! For "Air", wasn't there a rugby one from 3R where he was airborne? And maybe some kicking and leaping from ML?

Here's an idea for a new theme...sunglasses. (Huh. No smilies with sunglasses.)

As for the new Mohawk hair style... MLC repeats: It will grow back. It will grow back. It will grow back...

Actually "Hiatus Hair" would be another good theme! :teeth: I'm remembering the long hair and full beard pic with Holly, lounging in a chair and smoking a cigar. And on the beach in Oz for his People's Choice acceptance. Last summer's buzz cut. Goatee for BUP premiere...

:thanks2:

ETA: Okay, so the pic above this IS last summer's buzz cut. But I think we've had duplicate pics posted here. Once or twice.

 Wouldn't it've been fun to fatten him up after his weight loss...

I love doing that. I'm a food pusher... healthy food! :rolling:
I envy his cook.

Oh Grace...when he was so thin, my dream was to feed him pasta and milkshakes until he couldn't hold anymore. :teeth:

LOL - my mother was a big believer in "food (well...and a perm) makes everything better". In this case, I think she'd have been right. :eat:

Dear friends, are you sitting down? Please put away all sharp objects and other items that might injure you.

Okay? Ready? :teeth:

Thanks to dear Maggatha for giving us the heads-up about these gorgeous new pictures of Alex that are posted here: http://www.justjared.com/2012/05/01/ale ... in-hawaii/

And thanks to dear mwj01 for giving us permission to link to these amaaaaaaaaaaazing HQ versions of three of the pics. (There are also two HQ pics of Alex posing with a fan.)

Right-click and select "open in new tab" to get to the huge versions...

Since the photographer seems to have been pretty respectful of Alex, we are comfortable posting these. Please note that JustJared forbids reposting of their content on websites, so please don't post the JJ-watermarked pics here. Thanks!
