This is really weird but I'm trying to find out if silver emulsion or silver nitrate exists on VHS-C tapes from the 1980's. I have been looking on the internet and I've read the Super 8 film of the 60's and 70' did include silver nitrate so the moonlight vamps would not appear clearly on a film. I think the VHS is analog magnetic and I would think that the Moonlight vamps would be able to appear clearly but if no one know the scientific answer I'd like opinions so I can decide what direction to take my story.
Thanks.

Re: Silver Emulsion Question VHS Tapes
Silver emulsion is used in the photographic process. VHS tape is magtape, which is not a photographic process. I couldn't find any mention of silver in connection with magnetic tape.
