I wasn't sure if it would really appeal to anyone, being such a sad and slow piece, but I loved the song and it really seemed a fit for Mick.

I love the way you described this one on youtube, Shadow--"heartbreak and hope". These words perfectly capture what Mick and Beth must go through in order to be together. It's not an easy road, but the hope is there, shining through even the darkest moments. And that's what I get from this video. The gulf that separates them, the love and yearning that pull them together, the hope that helps them bridge the space.
