David Fabrizio (Lee Jay Spaulding) - other roles

I just got around to watching part 1 of the Season Finale for Desperate Housewives on ABC.com. Our FIOS service was out that day so didn't see the show. While I don't know the actor's name, I knew one of the police detectives in Part 1 looked familiar but I originally couldn't place him. Then I thought some more and realized it was the actor who played Lee Jay in Out of the Past. I thought it was kind of funny in that Alex's new show will have the same time slot as Desperate Housewives starting in September. Another Moonlight coincidence that I thought I would share.

Another interesting bit of trivia is that the actor who played Lee Jay also appeared in the recent movie Rendition with Jake Gyllenhal and Reese Witherspoon. He was only in the movie right at the beginning and came to a rather gruesome end but it was fun to see him for a few minutes anyway.

He was also in Get Smart, had a small role as a bad guy.

I watched an episode of Dark Blue the other day because Michael Biehn was in it....and "Lee Jay" was in the episode too! He was a bad guy and had a tattoo on his chest. He wasn't in it a ton, but when I saw him, I yelled out "Lee Jay Spalding!!" LOL

He'll always be Lee Jay, no matter what.

I just noticed David's name in the guest cast list for the season finale of Hawaii Five-0. I really hope he gets a scene with Alex.

ETA: Weird. According to IMDb, it's Omid Zader on Scorpion, not Navid Negahban. But if so, Zader looked 20 years older on Scorpion than in his IMDb pics... but he does look a lot like a young Navid Negahban.

That must have been added after I visited the page. When I looked, Navid was't listed on the Scorpion page and Navid's IMDb page didn't have Scorpion as one of his credits. Anyway, having seen Navid in a bunch of stuff both before and after ML, I was puzzled at how I could have mistaken someone else for him. Glad to know I'm not losing my memory.
