Oh what fabulous news (see what happens when I'm not here? ). Alex, back on our screens. :woohoo: Now I just have to hope it's a full season for the Fall schedule. So nice to get the confirmation from reputable sources, especially after all the false starts we've had over the last couple of days. I feel like I can finally breathe a sigh of relief.

On the subject of starting multiple new Alex threads (and especially the timings, given the global scattering of both board members and board admin/mods), sending the details to Alex etc. etc., if it's going to be a link back to this board, and/or an invitation to visit, simple courtesy would be to speak to Phoenix (this may already have been done - Phoenix is off line at the moment).

Now, I know I'm being greedy, but a new blog would be lovely...

I'm greedy that way too Red...I wanna hear from The Man himself about this! :hearts: We already know whatever he says will be sweet, thoughtful, adorable...

He may feel he should wait until the official Upfronts have passed before blogging. CBS has stated they don't like their stuff leaked so Alex may feel he should follow correct protocol on this.

My guess:

Wed. night or Thursday.
But what do I know?? :snicker: :snicker:

I was wondering if Alex might appear at an official pick up celebration type press thingy on Wednesday, like he did when ML got picked up. I know he's filming TBUP, but all these places can't be that far away from each other can they and it's all part of the CBS family so maybe......? I can dream can't I? :snicker:

Now that's a good thought and very plausible, MSJ!
He actually had to leave the Whiteout set and fly to NY for the 2007 upfronts.
You never know....

FYI, I did send her a PM, Red. However, we are coming up with a Back up Plan (gotta love it, right?) which we think the Three Rivers fans will love! No, it's not Alex so don't get too excited!

BTW, TV Guide posted the news. CBS also handed a series order to "House Rules" so that makes 5 dramas, 1 comedy and 1 reality series. Please go over to TV Guide and thank them for posting the news. They've been so good to Alex and us. I hope they keep that up with Three Rivers. Remember the Sexiest Photo Shoot? How soon can we start voting? LOL

The Upfronts will be done in NY and so I wouldn't count on that. Maybe the LA actors affected will have their own celebration.

If he wasn't filming BUP I am sure he would go. But I doubt the producers of BUP care about that; just like they didn't care about BBM. They would want him working late every day getting the movie done.

Ladies, being an absolute beginner before Moonlight entered my life and all the delights it has brought, fanfic, pics etc.
I was wondering...........
WHEN we all get the green light on TR's, what's gonna happen to our Moonlight Affair?
I'm imagining that we will have fanfic, banners avi's pics and discussion for TR's as well.
Enquiring minds and all that.
I still LOVE Mick and Moonlight and I'm not ready to let him/it go just yet. :hearts:
BTW, I'm getting a sparkling Shiraz to toast our gorgeous Doc.
Australian, of course. It's quite easy to get here! :snicker:

Just to follow up on what Lucky said... I expect to be happily ensconced here, dreaming about and discussing Moonlight, for a very long time. Of course I love Alex and the other actors, and I'm positively thrilled that TR looks to be getting the green light. But I'm a Moonlight girl through and through, and I've got lots and lots more stories in my head...if only I had the time to write 'em!!

I expect there'll be Three Rivers fansites springing up soon, if they haven't already...but this is my home. :hearts:

Mine, too, because you've made it such a nice place to chat, to read and write stories about Moonlight.
