Mr. Fitzgerald is remodelling again. I wonder how many architects have been taken to the tar pits until he was content with the plans.
I don't take Josef for the sentimental type. He's all about comfort and modernism.

Well, I am the sentimental type. And this makes me very sad. I guess it's just impossible to keep up a place like that anymore. Too bad they couldn't revamp (no pun intended) it as a really opulent bed-and-breakfast or boutique hotel... :sigh:

I like to think of Josef hanging out with Jay Gatsby back in the day... they seem like the types that would've gotten along great.
