I don't understand why they feel the need to airbrush the tats. I personally love seeing tats and think it's a shame that they removed them.

I don't get it either--especiallly since his forearm tats are so faded looking anyhow.

That's ok--personally, I like the upper arm tats best on him anyhow!

The only reason I can see to airbrush them out is that on film, those forearm tats end up looking like a big blue mess of color instead of tattoos. Just guessing, but that's my theory.

Even in the "discarded" shots they airbrushed. Odd, huh?

I agree about the forearm tats--they probably figure they may as well airbrush them out, because you really can't see them all that well in photos as it is.

That was gonna be my guess... since they ARE faded, they may not show up right on film... and distract the eye... tho anywhere the eye goes is a treat so distract away as far as I care... but artists, ya know...
