If we invest all this time and energy analyzing one episode, imagine what we can do in the fall when TR will be on weekly.

Watching every Alex movement; making screen caps of every shot; discussing every peek at his tats: tough job, ladies, but we are up to the challenge, I am sure. We did it with ML after all!

Something else that kinda bugged me…when they found Alice’s body, Thomas Gibson’s character Hotch asks, “Why did he cover her up and fold her arms across her chest?” (Um, I knew that one Agent Hotch!) And then a minute later, he says “The way he’s positioned her, the blanket, shows remorse. He probably knew her more intimately than the others.” :dizzy:

I know this is not a pic thread, but I wanted to share a handful of caps I made (spent the last couple of hours making caps! He's ridiculously cappable, you see. ). There were moments he didn't even LOOK like Alex. There were some creepy moments that gave me chills while capping too. :confused2:

Fake knife! Hee!!

Image

This moment was so bizarre with him calmly saying to her, "Where are you going?"

Image

I know this is wierd, but he reminds me of Clark Kent/Superman here. He is FAR from Superman, but he does give off the doofy Clark vibe.

Image

I just love this pic. There is an etheral quality to it, with the lighting and I love the facial expression.

Image

The only time Vincent smiles...when he's with Stanley.

Image

This is the cap I was thinking of when I said it doesn't look like Alex. Creepy!!

Image

This scene gave me chills. Vincent went from meek and nervous to "I'm gonna gut you." in a matter of a second. YIKES.

Image

Oh Vincent, you scared stunted man!!

Christy--WOW! Thanks for those great caps!

I notice, looking through the pictures, that Alex did not wear prescription glasses. Looking at the cap Coco quoted, you can tell there's no refraction in the lens--the line of his face continues unchanged as you look through the glass. So... plain glass lenses. I had wondered if he would wear prescription lenses, since he obviously does wear corrective lenses (coco's favorite pictures from SD ComicCon). But prescription lenses do change your looks (for example, lenses for farsightedness make your eyes look much bigger), so maybe they don't use them in TV-world.

Alle I had not noticed that! Good catch on the glasses. I am a fan of the glasses look (as I'm sure I've mentioned once or twice  ;) ) and what I find interesting is that Alex seems to suit any type of frame. Most people wouldn't suit the Vincent glasses yet Alex does. I know from years of wearing glasses myself that there are just certain styles of frame I cannot wear. Yet another thing he does well. :)

Alex probably wears contacts usually or had laser surgery. I, too, noticed that the glasses appeared to be non-refractive. Those comic con pics of him are soooooo cute with those rectangular specs!

There were several expressions that he used with this character that I've never seen him use before... and that did not look like him...

This is certainly one... also when he's shot and in his kitchen, working with the milk and then the bread... and then when he goes in to watch his Mama get stabbed one more time... those expressions were just new... just Vincent... and really conveyed a lot of pent up feelings... so so sad!

And hey, you really ARE WONDERChristy, honey... thanks so much!
