I guess I really am a mom. I keep thinking, "Alex, get your hands out of your pockets! You're ruining the line of your coat! :rolling:

But then I tell the mom part to shut up, and I just appreciate how lovely he looks, and happy. (And Malia's hair is quirky and cool.)

 Love that deep shade of blue! On him, particularly.

Love how happy he looks... love her cute hair... love that she's trucking all across the Pacific to support him... :hearts:

Gotta agree, Fleur - I LOVE his suit. That man was just built to wear nice clothes. :cloud9:

And I notice upon further reflection, he's buttoned up all the way to the top. :hearts:

Good point! Has he given up his "top button undone" ways? Maybe he's countered it with not wearing a belt.

Rhonda, he's got a belt on...doesn't he? I think he looks very distinguished anyway! :cloud9:

Well, I'll be jiggered - no belt! My apologies, Rhonda.

Thanks for clarifying that, JKsGirl. :smooch:

I love the blues on him! Noticed the top shirt button was buttoned. He's combed his hair to the side and is showing a tan line! Either that or he got his hair cut recently.

Malia looks a bit awed by it all. And I wish she had worn more of a gown for a black tie event. But if Alex is happy, so be it. :hearts:

Thank for the links and the photos!
