Okay, those are GREAT. But I've got to say, reading through a few of the press release plot summaries, I was thinking, "what show were THEY watching?" Because I sure don't remember events that way!

Does anyone remember those snarky recaps of the show that CBS used to do? There was a song playing in the background at the end of the recap for the Mortal Cure, as they showed the scene of Mick and Beth meeting at the funeral. I've always wondered what that song was . . . does anyone know? All I can remember is that there was something about the sun in the lyrics.

Are you talking about the 2-minute drills? I loved those. There are a few floating around youtube, but unfortunately I don't think the one for TMC is still around... and I don't recall the music from that one, I'm sorry.

So unfortunately I can't help you either. I had alot of the drills saved in my favorites but many either got deleted or were set to private before I discovered RealPlayer and could save them no mater what the posters on YT did with them. .

Thanks so much for the links to the other ones. I had the same problem with so many of those wonderful previews and recaps -- I learned how to download from Youtube just after they'd been taken down. I also missed out on saving the long Youtube preview for LLF -- the one where the first half was recaps of "TV's sexiest show" and the second half was the extended preview of LLF with the same Newton Faulkner song they used in the short preview. Always wondered if anyone managed to save that . . . . I loved it!

It was also the next new episode after that looong break after Sleeping Beauty With Coraline dieing in Micks arms and no "stay tuned for scenes from our next episode" SB aired Dec 14th 2007 and LLF didn't air until Jan 11th 2008...nearly a full moth without a peep about Moonlight I was so afraid that was the end of it all. Like they just up and dropped it. That's when I started looking on the Internet to find out "what gives?"

It's also when I first discovered the fandom(s) and gained so many great ML friends.

So you can just imagine my excitement and relief when this promo started airing.

I never saved it so I don't have it. I was hoping someone had it in their ML collection. I think the photo used to be on Moonlight Detective before it disappeared...I could just kick myself for not saving EVERYTHING! Not to mention near complete loses (Yes more then once) of my collection from not properly backing things up on an external hard drive or jump drive.

You're brilliant, Kath! I can't count how many times I searched for that preview over the years and I'd finally lost hope that anyone had saved it. Guess I gave up too soon!! As soon as I had downloaded it and saved it (twice, in two different places ) I watched it over and over. Don't know exactly what it is about it, but this preview really, really got to me . . . and it still does. I remember how breathtaking and captivating it was to first see it, especially after that long break between episodes. (And I also remember how frustrating it was that CBS would make such a brilliant preview and then not air it! If they had only put it on the air, instead of on Youtube, where almost everyone who saw it was already a fan . . . ) They also took it off Youtube really fast. I can't believe I've actually gotten to see it again and now get to keep it. Thank you Kath!!

I love this preview too. . . . I had it saved but I hadn't watched it for a while. So great to look at it again! I didn't know that some of those pictures had ever been available anywhere. I've never seen this reflecty one except in this preview . . . and I've never seen that first preview photo anywhere else either, or those wide views of Mick and Coraline with the bed behind them. The closest I have to the reflecty picture are these . . .
