Ok, girls, I just wanted to share my happiness with you all ...
I .JUST. GOT. THE .MAG!!!! I am holding my first mag with pics of Alex in , in my hands and I cannot tell you how deliriously happy I am!!!

Your exuberance put a big old smile on my face!!!

Well, you should look at MY face when I woke up this morning to find the mag in the hands of my two year old daughter, who started running around the house shouting.."A book about Alex!!MINE"...It took all my patience and self control to take the precious mag out of her hands safe.

Well educated, definitely. If she were perfectly trained, though, she would realize that the books about Alex are MOMMY'S, and she's not to touch them with her grubby little darling fingers. But then again, she is only two. And anyone who has raised kids knows that, to a two-year-old, EVERYTHING is "mine."

So, had a doctor's appointment today, was a bit nervous (don't like going at all) and saw a copy of Alex's Men's Fitness. On top of all of the other magazines.

Felt calmer immediately!

You make a good point! Usually my blood pressure is on the lower side--90ish/60ish. That day, it was 122/76!!! Instead of the white coat effect, I think I experienced the Alex
effect!

So, delighted to see Alex lauded. He deserves all accolades.

But am I being a stinker by having a smidgeon of a reaction that this guy is over-using this relationship, and I am assuming Alex pays him for his expertise and is not getting paid for his implied endorsement, to what is approaching an inappropriate degree?
