There hasn't been any google alerts for this either which I find strange. Surely if it was accurate or if there was some truth to it, it would have appeared there eventually? Most other Alex related news does.

I've sent out my last email to CBS. Sorry. I wish Alex well, but I won't partisipate in another CBS taffy pull. They very clearly said they knew best and didn't need my thoughts.

The Three Rivers blogsite has been up and running since March 27 - but there is nothing on any of the long-established Alex fansites. This info has been posted with no source information whatsoever.
Colour me unconvinced.

I haven't found anything on the CBS website.

Hi Clair, I saw that blogspot before. Who's Miss Yablonski?
Ya know, there's a pic of Alex on the cell phone that a certain fan didn't want it posted before and now it's posted on this blogspot.

I have no idea about this blogspot
ODM. I did a google search of the email address listed to see what sites would come up and this was top and the only one I could find with the info posted besides the MySpace blog.
I don't trust the info at all.

Say what??
I was gonna say it reeks the work of the-poster-who-shall-remain-nameless. As you all recall, she liked to register to many domains...
This 3R blogspot doesn't have any info about Julia Ormond or Justina Machado. And yet it mentioned Alex featuring on CM.

I tend to agree with all of you..does seem fishy to me..thought it would lend to interesting discussion and it has! Personally, I doubt CBS cares what we think one way or the other..and all the emails, etc. last year didn't do a whole lot to impress anyone of any authority..
If anyone comes up with anything legitimate on this, please let us know..

I was asking MaryP, she runs the Adoring Alex site, a woman at CBS emailed her that,
" we will only respond to anything regarding the movie as we only deal with Alex as it pertains to his role in the film. "
So basically, only pertinent questions...
alex.fans@cbs.com

Just adding to Lucky's post above...
I too was just in touch with MaryP too. She said that CBS sent the e-mail addy "
alex.fans@cbs.com" to webmasters of Alex's fan sites. But Maryp wasn't sure if she was supposed to share it with Alex's fans (her membership), or the e-mail was just for the webmasters. So she sent an e-mail back and asked CBS if the e-mail was meant to be shared with Alex's fans. CBS responded that yes, they were okay with Alex's fans having the e-mail addy, but that they would only be answering questions about Alex as it relates to the movie, the Back-up Plan, and nothing else. The CBS response was "we will only respond to anything regarding the movie as we only deal with Alex as it pertains to his role in the film. "
So it looks legit, but still really weird to me. I would imagine it will work sort of like the feedback link does on the CBS official website.

Thank you, Susie, for confirming that it does, indeed, come from a legitimate source. Curious to know what kinds of questions they are expecting to field...re: Alex's wardrobe? Makeup? Filming schedule? Release date? what else is necessary to know?

for the confirmation on the email address
Lucky & Susan.
I guess I still don't understand the point of it though. It all seems rather secretive.
I can also imagine them getting LOTS of emails from fans that just won't be getting responded to.

I just hope the CBS haters don't come out on this. Everything needs to be positive for our Alex now. ML should NOT be mentioned any more, IMO. Just BUP and any questions. I think they probably don't need too many extras to sign up; this is Hollywood after all, with a zillion want-to-be actors waiting for anything to get near a set. So what do they want us to ask? I am thinking they really just want to see if the fans are excited about this---why? I don't know. I am just blabbering now!
