Oh, Grace - and it has been quite a year, hasn't it. Seemingly one disappointment after another. I confess, I worried (a ridiculous amount) that Alex had missed his moment, that he wouldn't have that little bit of luck everyone needs, no matter how talented or gorgeous, in order to succeed.

And now, here we are. A year after our hearts broke (and still break every time we think of Mick and Moonlight, which is pretty much non-stop in my case), finally, finally, he's filming a movie and is going to have his own series again.

Primetime.

Mainstream.

Big time.

The sky's the limit.

Seems like a very good slot. Certainly better than Fridays. The competition here is going to be Desperate Housewives which has pretty good ratings. But people can DVR that if they want and watch Three Rivers. I don't want to be a downer to the party, but I imagine CBS is going to expect much higher numbers on a Sunday night than they expect on Friday nights. Here's hoping it gets all the publicity it deserves and then some to help make up for the poor job CBS did with Moonight.

Enjoy your champagne Redwinter. Although being curious like I am, do the shows run at the same time in England as they do in the States?
