What a rare, golden moment for them.

You can't help but share the joy of Mick's laughter, and a bit of the sorrow that he didn't do it more. I think Beth will take care of that, though.

Aaahhh...domestic bliss. And yes, in that parallel universe I like to think they're living right now, Mick's laughters are the soundtrack of their happy life together.

What a lovely moment! ?Seems Mick is having wonderful new experiences in his life with Beth, playing and laughing with his mate seems like something he hadn't shared with Cora. And, GA, you write them so beautifully, it was like watching the scene, you put a huge smile on my face.

Another magic moment between them. Not one of great significance that they will remember clearly ten years from now, but one of those wonderful, daily joys that added together make up the fabric of their lives together.

How relaxed, playful and full of joy they both are. Mick needs some joy.
