Thanks for coming back for a re-watch, cassy! If you've listened to the whole song you'll notice how drastically I've cut it. The Pogues originally recorded this song and many people detest all the re-makes (including this one) but I really like this version of the song. ;)

Awwwww, Shadow! This is just lovely.

Mick and Beth never got a Christmas together on screen, but now I feel as if they have. :hearts: This just feels so Christmas-y and full of hope. Thank you!

Thank you ever so much, Lilly, Alle and MLC! I love that this one actually turned out to be Christmassy.....way back when I got the request for a Christmas Moonlight video I really couldn't imagine how it could be done. But this song somehow made it work. So glad you enjoyed this one. And hopefully I'll have a new video out very soon for the new year!

Reading all these great Christmas stories reminded me that I've got a Christmas thing....and in my time zone there is an hour and a half before Christmas is over, so.....

Oh, I'm so glad you popped this up, Shadow! It's still Christmas here on the west coast, and I love ending my day on this sweet, hopeful note. This is my favorite version of the song (sorry, Pogues!), and your video perfectly captures my dream of Mick and Beth in a possible future life together. I can see them living in New York (if Mick can be persuaded to leave his precious LA!) :snicker: and celebrating Christmas together. Sigh... :hearts: it's a lovely fantasy. Thank you! :cloud9:

Thanks for watching again, Alle! This is my favorite version too. I've always loved Maire Brennan's voice and this is such a beautiful duet. I've always imagined that Mick and Beth might move to NYC one day....and even if they don't, they can always visit every Christmas! :hearts:
