Oooh, now that will be some GOOD exposure for the flick! All those men and their testosterone -- throwing some J-Lo in their face will be like squirting lighter fluid on a BBQ. Les is being crazy like a fox.

Mr. Grace is already excited about this movie, although he has not yet seen a trailer; he just heard she's got a new movie coming out and he LOVES her. Although I generally have not enjoyed JLo movies in the past, and have usually not agreed to go to them, I have graciously allowed that I will consent to see this new one with him...

Of course, once he sees the trailer during the football game, the jig is up for me... he'll know why I'm being so nice.

Depends on the buzz around the film. Blockbusters can start teaser trailers a year before.

and Alle, I already have a few girlfriends in line to see BUP. E-mailed the trailer to a few of them and they thought it looked hilarious....little do they know what visual pleasure awaits

Christy, are you referring to the red carpet premiere? I haven't heard anything about it, but I'm sure that Rueben will know when it's announced, since she's a huge Alex fan and also works in the biz. So if I hear anything, I'll post it here. I think that the red carpet premieres are usually within a week of the release date, but my knowledge of the workings of Hollywood is pretty slim...

I admit I fast forwarded to the bits about BUP. I love the scene with him lying over her to keep her from catching fire and her screaming bloody murder because he is holding her down. Talk about awkward first date.

Well, I can understand the logic if the field for any given weekend gets too crowded....but at some point, you've got to put your stake in the ground....otherwise, constantly moving doesn't exactly exude confidence in the movie.
