Lucky, I love both versions.

This is a moment that had to take place between these two, if there is EVER to be any kind of future between Lucky and Josef..... Mick and Beth are just too much a part of Josef's life. Beautifully written and so true to Beth's character and the character of Lucky you have created for us.

Their conversation was so awkward to begin with, but neither of them really has anyone else they can talk to about their respective vampires. I'm hopeful they have moved past their first somewhat painful meeting. Each can give the other some much needed insight and perspective on the man they love. Their relationships with their guys are difficult, dangerous, and complicated (but worth it!).

As always, Lucky, you portray the emotions of the characters so well.

I don't know what the first version was, Lucky, but this was delightful.

So awkward between Beth and Lucky at first that I was squirming in my seat! Excellent story!!!!
