I think a number of shows are offering the starter pack on iTunes in hopes that watching the first few episodes will get viewers hooked and they'll come back to buy the rest at full price. I really like the idea because I'm usually very hesitant to start watching a show once it's already into it's second season. I always feel like I've missed too much to catch up by that point.

I've been a bit concerned because IMDb is showing a different episode scheduled for 6/7.... however, AOL Television seems to confirm that "Beat the Devil" will air on that day. The synopsis gives a bit more info than we've seen so far:
