Just a note for the ladies who
only want to watch Jason to study his golf technique.
Of course I believe you.
And if by any chance, any of you have some nice ocean-front land in Colorado to sell me, I'll buy that, too.

Just for the record: I
do want to watch him for his golf technique. Really. Truly.
And I do happen to have an amazing piece of ocean front property to sell you, but it's in Utah, not Colorado...

M_V, I
really had my heart set on living in Colorado, but thanks anyway. And I hope you learn a lot about golf from watching Jason play.

Here's an interesting little tidbit...
Football great and Dancing with the Stars runner-up Jerry Rice will be playing in the BMW Charity Pro-Am this year. BUT here's the twist -- he's playing as a
pro golfer rather than a celebrity. He apparently started his pro golf career last week and has earned an exemption into the BMW tournament...
Jerry Rice to compete in BMW Charity Pro-Am
I'm guessing he's going to get a lot of on-air coverage because of the novelty of his situation.

Here's the schedule for The Golf Channel's coverage of the tournament...

Friday 5/14 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM ET GOLF
Saturday 5/15 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET GOLF
Sunday 5/16 9:30 PM - 11:30 PM ET GOLF
(
I'm not holding my breath.)

According to FoxCarolina.com, Jason is one of seven celebrities who have pulled out of the tournament due to scheduling conflicts.

This is very disappointing for all of us, I know, but on a personal level, I'm crushed. I hadn't wanted to say anything until the week of the event, but I had planned on being there. My airlines tickets were purchased, hotel and rental car reserved -- it was my Christmas present from my husband. I told him all I wanted -- was to go to the BMW ProAm.
