I read your update and wow, was that ever exhilarating!!!

The only thing I can even add that would put me in any teeny-tiny-eensy-weensy category with you is that I ran that da*n hill while in Central Park and it is a killer----and that was just on a relatively short run. I cannot even imagine what that felt like on the legs after a swim and a long bike ride. (I, too, was surprised at the 'hilliness'--was not expecting that at all)

Wow - that is so amazing - a big congratulations from me.

I loved reading your account of the race - so inspirational. 6 weeks ago - I started a running program - and I could barely run 60secs. I'm now almost running 5 km. So now when I'm training I'm going to keep your story in the back of my mind for inspiration.
