Aw Phee, I totally trust you not to leave us in the lurch! No doubts, ever.

You lived through all our hideous board disappointments in the past, so I know you would never do that to any of us.
But thank you for the reassuring words. Never hurts to squelch the rumors before they get out of hand.
And thanks to you and all the mods for indulging us H50/Alex nuts yesterday. Although I am one of them, I too don't want this board to turn into an H50 site. I think you've struck the perfect balance in terms of board organization. There is room for us to discuss the new projects, but they (new projects) don't take over the board with 50,000 threads for each project. If you look at the "active topics" list (which is how I navigate the board, anyway), it is still 3/4 to 4/5 ML topics, with the rest being the various projects (Spooks, H50, Searching for Sonny, etc).
I will always love ML and Mick firstly and foremostly (ugh) and still enjoy discussing it to death, but I also want to be able to discuss the new projects, with the people here (nothing against other boards, I just like the personality mix here and
so enjoy reading what you all have to say), so I appreciate you allowing us to do that, mods.
Anyway, Phee, glad to see you back in full force, and I hope the upgrade goes smoothly so that you can start enjoying the posting and responding and discussing and ogling and writing and reading and snarking and randoming....

Awh Phee perhaps Medic Mick can help with any throat surgery you require
I'm glad that our MLA is going nowhere. MLD is a necessity I'm sorry to say which I don't want to see repeated elsewhere

Yes, I noticed MoonlightLove going but it never occurred to me that 'meant' anything in ways of the fandom doing some mass exodus. Shows how MLA-focused I am
...I'm glad MLA stays!

Mary, we don't have an exact date for the upgrade. It'll be sometime after the 28th, though. We'll make sure to give everyone plenty of notice so that they can reserve a room at the Motel.

Um, HotMicks ... it's my fault that the rumour almost started in the first place.
We are working hard (as always) to strike the right balance between Moonlight and new projects, without any fights breaking out.
And thank you for your good thoughts re: the upgrade. Any and all "good karma points" sent our way are much appreciated.

Sharon, I suspect that Medic Mick would complicate my ability to breathe...
And commiserations on the passing of MLD. It was a
lovely site.

Tam, I accidentally caused a ruckus.

And after two ML sites closed, some members were nervous about bad things coming in threes.

It was a storm in a teacup, one.zebra. Nothing to worry about.
And as Lilly said, we'll give
at least 24 hrs notice of the upgrade - probably more like a few days notice.

Oooooo, chocolate.

Thanks, Jen.
And yes, the site is definitely staying put.

OK, Phoenix, you asked for it.
This cupcake is the darkest virtual chocolate I could find. However, it still melts into warm gooeyness when you take a bite. The icing is cream cheese cocoa frosting with a touch or orange peel. Also, this super dark chocolate has extra health benefits and absolutely no calories (that doesn't happen often with chocolate).
Enjoy!
Jenna

Well no stress from me don't worry: I never fathomed that WE were going down! But thanks for reassuring us anyway!
I'm really excited about so many of the changes you announced!
And, BTW, I love your new banner (paint effects are nice aren't they?!) And the words... wow. Just wow!

Thanks, Diane.

We will be going offline for the upgrade in just over twenty-two hours - but we shouldn't be closed for long. The Motel will be open, anyway.
And the fabulous HotMicks made that banner. It's just amazing.
