I haven't watch SCD for a few years now but I might just have to watch it to see what goes on. I agree Red Russell Grant

but they have them thrown in for good measure. It's gonna be entertaining at least better than Big Brother JEEZ

You're a genius, Sharon. I saw the confirmation of the line-up earlier and a microsecond later forgot that I intended to come and post it.

Old age, it's the only excuse.

My solution is to go and open the fridge. If what I was trying to remember wasn't food or drink related, at least I can ponder while choosing a tasty morsel.

My memory is so bad I'd never be away from the fridge.
I may tune in to Strictly this year. I confess in past seasons that I've watched I always end up cheering on the bad dancers. I like how they annoy the judges by going through every week.

Wow!!! speaking of depressing, those comments are incredibly harsh (yeah, I know,
red, I should never read the comments

)
It seems the author of the article has come up with a polite euphemism for old as well 'musical icon', the descriptor given Lulu (which happens to be the only other name on the list that I recognize.)

Ah, you're one of
them.
I confess I take this all very seriously - I liveblog every week and HATE it when crap dancers get through.
coco, you and I shall have to resolve this the old-fashioned way:

while trying to explain to
dsr who these D-list celebs are.

Well I do not want to upset you,
Red so how about I promise this year not to vote for the bad dancers?

Oh Claire tell me you did not VOTE for Anne Widdecombe last year PLEASE.
I'm with you Red need to see the good dancers do well and the, not good, gone as their time comes, I hate when good ones go over the so called entertainment value.
I do miss my fave professional dancer Matthew Cutler wish he was still around but I am dying to know who Brendan has been paired with

Oh, Sharon, my soulmate, NOTHING is the same without the Cutler. Nothing. *weeps*
coco, if you voted for Widdecombe, I may have to seek retribution.

No, didn't see much of Ann "dancing".
My fave was John Sargeant. Apologies to
Red but I
loved how bad he was.
