I agree with everyone, Alle -- you nailed both Stovsky and the Cleaner perfectly! I didn't see Stovsky as creepy, though, more absent-minded professor like Marigold mentioned. And I did laugh that the one thing he was sure of was dead wrong!

Moral of this story.....make sure you give the Cleaners an accurate description of what they need to cleanup
