I sure hope this is not the case for TR on CBS. I want the whole season
That's what it says, dc.

Red
I've seen a couple of further articles emphasising that this is a route NBC has chosen (for a number of shows, not just the medical dramas) as their season is naturally cut in two due to the Winter Olympics. So :fingerscrossed: it's not setting any kind of precedent.

Breathing a sigh of relief. Thanks, red :rose:

I am afraid that is a possibility! But maybe at the same time. We will find out tomorrow! :confusing:

According to Nikki Finke, Miami Trauma is for mid-season: http://www.deadlinehollywooddaily.com/p ... cbs-moves/

And with Medium looking likely to fill the death slot on Friday @ 9pm, it's good news all round!!!

It does surprise me that CBS would have had to give Jerry, MT to compensate him because of cancelling Without A Trace, but that makes sense with talk that MT at first did not go over that well with their pilot, or the times that sources said the show was dead. :? Still it's not like that was Jerry's only show on CBS, and it sure caused us enough scary moments the last week or so.

That explains why MT was given the go-ahead for staffing AFTER TR because they liked TR better. That also explains why it comes at mid-season; they really wanted TR all along so it will air first! :yahoo:

Soooooo... does anybody know what time Upfronts take place tomorrow?

And are they East Coast or West Coast? Or a little of both?

And is CBS now the very last to produce their schedule??

The CBS upfront will be held in New York City at Carnegie Hall at 4 p.m. I believe the CW is the last one on the 21st.

It looks like 3R won't be airing on Fridays, and my Bob am I thrilled about that. The line-up looks to be Ghost Whispererererer, Medium, Num8ers.

And Jay Leno every night at 9pm is a special form of torture. Oh, wait, I meant interrogation technique.

Glad 'the love of Moonlight goes on'. :rose:
Happy for Alex, of course, and hope he gets a full season and 15 million viewers and all good things but I still love Moonlight best and suspect I always will. (ER jumped the shark for me a full 12 years before they called it quits.)
And, please God or Bob or Whomever, don't let TR turn into as much of a soap opera as Grey's & Private Practice. I've had 2 major surgeries and a dozen or so out-patient ones and the last thing you want to even cross your mind is who's sleeping with whom. They make enough mistakes without that distraction.
