Yeah, Dreamer planted the seed and I ran with it! I've since put my theory forth on MLD as well and Midnight Louie picked up on it as well. Before you know it, we'll have an entire show written around Alex's serial killer on CM- and have him winning an emmy into the bargain! Glad to know I wasn't the only one who's mind ran in that direction.

Of course, I realise it sounds highly improbable, but you have to wonder don't you?...

Hmmmm, we may be onto something, ladies.

It does all seem to fit together, and if it doesn't, I believe something else starring him will be in the works.
It always seems like those of us in the ML universe are constantly waiting. We corner the market on waiting!

For: The writer's strike to be over.
A decision to be made about if there will be more eps other than the initial 12
Whether or not the series will return
Will there be a dvd?
etc., etc., etc.
Another in a long line of waits for us!!

Hi Grace, nice to see you too. I've just been visiting the Alex piccie thread and I'm all razzed up now thinking about some new screen caps that will be coming our way April. Even dripping with blood and with a crazed glint in his eye, this episode of CM is gonna be something to look forward to.

I also noticed there are quite a few who don't watch this show, so hopefully the pre-show buzz will get some new viewers.

Yeah, I guess... but then it's a single ep of a series I don't normally watch... so don't know how often they put out pics from that one... and of course normally don't care.

I have watched it in the past but it's GORY... and clearly this ep will also be GORY... but I'll live. Tho if they kill Alex in the end I'm gonna be a mess... but I doubt I'll be the only one...

I need to look into whether or not they sell the eps on Itunes... I don't want to have to buy the DVD of this series... I just want the one ep... when it finally airs.

And I guess stamping our feet won't hurry it along, huh? Cause I'm willing to try it...

I've watched it; it started out okay but then started taking itself incredibly seriously. It's a crime procedural, not Shakespeare.... But I shall find a way to watch this episode, somehow, even if it doesn't show up on iTunes, because Lord alone knows if/when it will air here.

Hmmm... so you watch on CBS website or YouTube? Surely it'll make it to You Tube....

I don't mind the procedural so much as the visciousness of their crimes... torture and pretty explicit showing of it and its aftermath... I did watch it for awhile a couple years ago... but the chewed up bodies and audiotapes of torture murders with women screaming--it so often seems to be women on that show--just got to me...

Now it may be that is exactly what's in Alex's ep... but I won't manage, in the first viewing anyway, to notice much besides him, I'm guessing... and I'll deal with any squeamishness later...

But I hope they don't kill him. Unless he gets a very Shakespearean death scene. But that will still make me cry. SirenSong and I have already agreed we are pulling for the killer.

Everything that CBS put on their website is country-protected, so you can only watch in the US. Imagine my delight. And YT versions of anything tend to be appalling quality. But there are always options.... the wonders of the internet

And I am totally with you and SS. Mmmm, there's a shocker.
