The way I read it is that they will shoot the rest of the season in LA.

^ yeah but since they want a different look for the show, it will be weird to have the actual pilot then a different set for the other episodes.

I don't think there's any way for us to know at this point. I'm sure there will be more word leaking out as things progress...

Upon a second, more careful reading, I am not so sure.
The article uses words like "the first pilot" and the "original pilot" :?

Alle, maybe you can get more on this at the screening.

That is a very good question! Well, our Alle will see the pilot, so we will get to hear about it no matter what... :hearts:

But if they're gonna build a new hospital, the pilot shot in the old hospital may not work... and the admin chick is a goner... so the rest of us may not get to see the pilot.

IF they make it a stronger show... and it sounds like they may be listening and rethinking and that seems not a bad thing to me... I can live without the pilot if I must...

Or maybe they will retool and reshoot the pilot...

I don't want to get my hopes too high that Alex will be there, he has filming to do, but you never know...
Wouldn't it be the coolest thing to see Alex, Alle? :cheer:

Allegrita - Maybe this was mentioned earlier but wondering how you got the invite? I don't live in LA so it doesn't matter, but is it something that other LA based Moonlight fans could go to for some fee?

i think it's great if that's what they're doing since people who've seen it didn't really like the show, hopefully the revamp is for the best. I don't mind if we never see the pilot.

It sounds like they took some of the criticisms to heart and are making the changes accordingly..isn't that why they do these showing to "target" audiences? To get constructive feedback?

Btw..interesting title chosen..'revamp' indeed...

I can live without seeing the pilot. it was good enough to get a pick up for the show and that's fine with me.
Now I am hoping for a great, "revamped" or not, show :cheer:

I found out about it through a group of Moonlight fans here in Southern California (we're the SoCal Freshies!). :giggle: Several of us are going.

It's a public event, so anyone can go. There's a registration web page to get tickets. I'm sure I'm on the Donate Life America mailing list now, but they are a worthy organization so I don't mind. And I'm already an organ donor.

And it would, indeed, be the COOLEST thing to see Alex. If he's there, I just pray that my hands aren't trembling so hard I can't hold the camera still to take pics! :fingerscrossed:
