You know, by the time this comes out, I'll have invented a whole 'nother movie in my head based solely on the stills Lilly has shared with us. Just sayin'. I can't imagine being a filmmaker and having to wait soooo long to see the fruits of your labor. When I got my first reporting job, I could hardly wait the few hours after I finished writing something to see my byline published. I'd never be able to handle waiting in terms of months or years.

And Lilly, I just love the way you're changing the "news flash" in your banner every so often. Highly entertaining. Get a kick out of it every time I notice an update. I think you should start signing all your posts with:

ETA: Back to SfS... I mean, I know how to burn a disc and slap a label on it. Can I be their "distributor"? JK, I know it's a little more complicated than that. But you know, if I was... you'd all be at the top of my shipping list.

Actually, I know some of the Kickstarter donors are getting a little restless -- it's been over a year since the project was funded. I'm hoping for an update soon, though.

It's the complete lack of any information/news that annoys me. Lots of pics and promises when the Kickstarter was running...and then nothing. I know it wasn't a lot of money in terms of the film world, but many people gave their hard earned cash to help back it, and there hasn't even been an email telling people how things are progressing. Even a general explanation of the process of what the film has to go through to be distributed (because I'm guessing most people who backed the film through Kickstarter aren't in the film business) would be nice.

At least it would show that the Kickstarter backers haven't been forgotten about
