I've had 2 major surgeries and a dozen or so out-patient ones and the last thing you want to even cross your mind is who's sleeping with whom. They make enough mistakes without that distraction.

Seriously? You don't want to see Alex's fine self in a romantic situation?

Me, I hope it is at 10:00 somewhere like they are speculating because I know there is a better chance for a little sex/romance for Dr. Andy!

I have had multiple surgeries myself and, for me at least, the last thing I want to see is just surgery after surgery and only the life and death stuff. In RL, after all, hospital workers have romance, divorces, and sex just like the rest of us.

I want a little Andy-action; and I don't mean operating (at least only at the hospital. ) LOL :yahoo: :yahoo:
Personally, I wouldn't want it to turn into a soap either, but I hope it's not ALL about surgeries and patients. I really hope we get at least some personal stuff happening to show character growth. From reading the sides I believe we will get that. It does touch on personal issues a bit without being about the 'relationships' between the main characters. I expect it to be a nice blend of both medical story and personal. Of course, that's just the first episode. Who knows what they've got planned for the future?
Wasn't there a storyline on Grey's with a surgeon who couldn't get a team together in the operating room because all the nurses and techs and assistants found out that he'd been sleeping with all of them and they each had thought they were 'the one'? Bedroom farce is fine on Scrubs because that's what they do but it seems kind of icky and soap opera-ish on a drama.

Anyway, I thought Dr. Andy was separated and trying to get back with his wife. I see plenty of opportunities for romance there, misunderstandings, make-up sex, stops and starting over. That could be developed into a richly layered storyline if they have the time.

Wonderful, JIMS. Thank you so much for posting that.

And whoever wrote this particular line, just needs shooting:

lol.

About Daniel Henney has a lot of female fans mostly because he's eye candy but most of them admit that he's bad actor.

I can't believe they put it on SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Amazing Race is popular so that's a good lead in I think and even when it's all delayed because of late running football games TR won't start too late.

I work til 9 p.m. Mon-Thur and I was sure I'd have a problem. CBS is being awfully good to me.

I love that description of Alex's character... and love that one of the other stars is his assistant and best friend... so we will get some personal story for Andy too it seems... and hopefully more camera time then.

Whatever happened to that Back? I thought THAT was sposed to be one of the hot series and it's not even an alternate series... neither one of which I remember ever hearing about before... :dizzy:

Amazing Race is very popular--gets good numbers and is critically acclaimed.

DH is slowly winding down, so that gives 3R an even better shot at success.

I mean, what would you rather watch, 4 women on Wisteria Lane or Alex???????

Back is gone. Supposedly the pilot screening bombed.

Thank Bob that Alex didn't pick "Back".

Poor Skeet. Ah, who am I kidding, I so don't care about any other actor today!
