Different takes indeed. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out on screen.

Gotta mention...in that first pic, the closeup--how BLUE do his eyes look? He can just match his shirts, can't he?

JIMS and Red,

thanks for the answers....they (the writers) may also see how the fans react to his wife before they decide 'how to proceed'

The fact that Dr. Andy wears a ring is a charming attribute. Perhaps he still holds a torch for his ex or he is protecting his heart from potential new relationships. It is saying "something" about his heart. We are not sure what it's saying but dammit we want to find out! We love a man of mystery especially when he is gorgeous and sexy as Dr. Andy. Oh, how we want to find out! I must say I miss the tight scrubs but Dr. Andy looks a lot more professional in his lab coat, and older.

Another new promo: http://spoilertv.blogspot.com/2009/08/t ... promo.html

I don't like this one as much as some of the others, but, no such thing as bad publicity, right?

It's kind of brief, but as you say, any and all publicity is welcome

True, it's all good, although I agree that this promo's not as good as some of the others...

I like the fact that Andy's married. I hope they do something interesting with that relationship and don't just make his wife a paper doll. Alex does tormented love sooooo well, after all.

So, CBS has some billboard advertising! This was posted on Twitter by uccloud9 (and found by lancer6328 @ TRF): http://twitpic.com/dymy8

Apparently there is some bus advertising too. Come on you LA-dwellers - can you do better?

Yes, Alle, he does do tormented well....although one of these days I like to see him in an uncomplicated, relationship (yeah, I know, fantasy for him, fantasy for the rest of us)

Spoiler:
I read things a little differently - and I liked what I read about her. I think there have already been 2 versions of her sides so I think there is still some flexibility in how it will play out. From what I read, she and Andy are still very much in love with each other (they were originally childhood sweethearts :happysigh: ) but struggling with the demands of their respective jobs. I guess we'll wait and see how that pans out.
Red
This was my take as well. We shall see...

Darn--there's a billboard for The Good Wife near my work, but not a Three Rivers one! Where's the justice in that?!?!?

It's interesting that Pinkie read this character differently. I also saw the relationship along the lines of Red and mwj.

This article, from Rob Owen @ The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, is about some weekend filming back in Pittsburgh:

It's short, but lovely nonetheless.
