I have a special place in my heart for Michael Carter (the way he looks, not what he does). Interesting to see how Alex's eyes look blue in these...

It was a weeeeeird movie but, really, a rather moving performance from Alex. So I kinda enjoy Michael too, Dark.

And it WAS such a different look for Alex... and I see his eyebrows were also dyed...

I cannot imagine the movie did very well at the box office tho... anyone know?

As to how the movie did, not a clue, dear grace.

In addition to the dye job on hair and eyebrows, he apparently underwent another 'hair transformation' - as in removal of - take a close look at the open shirt and tell me what you don't see (ouch!)

Oh yeah... I already noticed that one... and it DOES make him look different. I think it's really cool how different he CAN look from role to role... and yet still look so beautiful every time.

It is also ironic how innocent Michael looks... he is the MOST innocent looking of Alex's characters... except maybe for Vincent... who also looks so innocent. Dontcha just love that??

Yes yes yes... that's what I meant by ironic... the innocent looking ones are sooooooooo creepy really!

Tho granted Michael and Vincent are innocent looking in different ways... VIncent's a geek. Michael just looks rather youthful and angelic...
But they're both deadly...

The one of him smelling the rose is EXQUISITE!! That's an avie waiting to happen. Unfortunately, I don't have Photoshop for my new Mac laptop or I'd make one super fast.

Thank you for posting those! I love him as Michael too....wierd, freaky character and movie, but such an amazing performance.

Well then it is high time!

Tho that first one you posted... where on earth is he standing? It looks very... industrial.

I'm pretty sure that one's from the BUP outdoor filming, maybe the taxicab scene, when it was raining. There were pics of Alex and Jennifer standing underneath canopies. (Which made me because they hosed 'em down for the rain scenes, but then kept them under shelter during the actual rain!)

I really love this one:
