Well if it makes you feel any better, I have an answer as to why they were posing that way, in that particular pic (Go back a few pages if anyone wants to see it again), that's probably not as bad as what you might have imagined. They're just referencing their characters. There's a scene in Veronica Mars between Dick and Logan where they're being all blokey together, and talking about partying, and girls, and stuff, and they make that gesture at one another. I think Ryan and Jason were just posing with reference to their characters in that picture.

wow... whenever I see t-shirt shots of him, I'm always surprised by just how big and buffed and muscular he is. Not that I'm complaining.
