I was dozing through The Good Wife last night and all of a sudden there was Alex! :hearts: I don't know which ad it was. I woke up when I heard his voice, saw him and then he was gone. Stayed awake through the rest of the show but he never came back, darnit!

Drat!!! I left after 20 minutes, so it must have come on later......I like the show, but the incredible hypocrisy of several of the characters (lawyers and politicians in particular) was too depressing to endure last night.

I love that you woke up when you heard his voice!!! That's a truly dedicated fan!! :hearts:

I did not realize that the Good Wife was a documentary...

:rolling: :rolling: Maybe not, but they were hitting on all sorts of hot button topics that just showed mankind at their shallowest....I don't need to watch TV for that, I can just go to work.

This is probably the promo you saw (just posted on the official Facebook page):

No matter how many times I played this (cos I HAD to check), the sound and pictures were a little out of sync. It may just be loading weirdly for me though...

Yeah, I had to check a couple of times, too...they are out of sync, but that's ok, it's still cute. :hearts:

We've been seeing more BUP ads (grace says there was one tonight during basketball) as the premiere date approaches. Is it me, or has the emphasis become more balanced between Zoe and Stan? Initially, there seemed to be more emphasis on Zoe.

A second thought is how, if at all, BUP's success plays into a decision to pick up H50.....

I think we are seeing more balance, Dark. Don't know if that's because they did market research and noticed that Stan... er, Alex... sells, or if they just are airing those particular promos right now. But I'm HOPING it's cause they have realized the actor's star power.

And if this is a big hit, it can only mean great things for him, one way or the other. I really don't see how this won't be a decent success...

pocketing an acorn??

Whatever works, but I think you're right.

I'm being honest here, but if I had never heard of or seen Moonlight, seeing Alex in the BUP promos would have gotten my interest. The fact that I was fortunate enough to have lived the Moonlight story just makes it all the better. :cloud9:

Seeing lots of BUP ads.
I noticed during The Good Wife--as someone else has mentioned, and also quite a few airing on the E! Channel. (their website is home of 'The Answer Bitch!') As a matter of fact, they had a brief JLo interview yesterday at Sho-West and they showed a short clip of the movie. Have also seen ads during American Idol.

Hubby's enjoying March Madness, I am enjoying Alex madness due to the plethora of BUP ads. All of my brackets are filled with Alex's name :giggle:

***how cute is the one where when his eyebrow lifts the sound effect 'dings'!!***

Veeeerrrry cute.....hubby and I were watching March Madness last night (probably will again tonight, although the Syracuse game is on at some godawful late hour). I wonder how long it will take for him to figure out who the guy in the BUP promo is :snicker:

And if they play the ad with the dress rip, Lord have mercy!!!!
