Wow. The things actors do for their art! If he was in it, you can bet it was funny...

An update on the film:

- Although production was originally scheduled to wrap on Saturday, June 5, they've been shooting a few last scenes the past couple of days.

- They are currently at 1925 Facebook fans and would really like to hit the 2000 mark before the end of production this week.

- With 52 days to go, the Kickstarter.com project (Link) has $6,485 pledged out of the $10,000 needed . Unfortunately, the way Kickstarter works, it's an "all or nothing" proposition. If they don't meet their goal, then none of the pledges are billed and they get nothing.

*sobs* I gave in, and posted to the Moonlight Slash Community. They're so close to making it to 2000 members, it was the last place I had left to spread the word, and there's more than 200 members there, many of whom are Jason Fans. Damn it was hard to do though, I feel like I need to go jump in a shower and scrub away this icky feeling, I hate, hate, HATE bringing actor stuff into my world.

edited to add: I'm going to leave the post up just long enough for it to register on community members friends lists, and then I'm going to take it down. I think that's a good compromise. I feel a bit better now.

this was probably stated way back in the thread somewhere, but does anyone know when they expect to release the film?

dsr - They were originally talking about Spring 2011. A lot will depend on finding a distributor, though. I would expect it will show up at film festivals significantly before that.
