yes...now that I think of it, it may have been one of the first that CBS abbreviated (JAG ran from 1995-2005), probably because it was so bloody hard to say...then CSI (Crime Scene Investigation - another mouthful), then CSI Miama (so as not to confuse with the original), then NCIS (for a while, they actually did go by NCIS- Naval Criminal Investigative Service, then decided that was too long as well)

I guess we all just have short attention spans.....

How about a new CBS show entitled A.L.E.X.?
