Came back to complain. Looked at the limited number of pix for Whiteout. Not ONE of our guy.
Argh. It gets released (supposedly) 9/11. How long till we see a trailer for it do you think?

Where are you guys seeing Whiteout Pics? Tho if none of Alex, who the he!! cares... you think Joel Silver is ticked with him or something? Cause who does Joel think is gonna go see his loser-movie but Alex fans? His star has already stated she hates the movie... very publicly. He'd better start courting us, else ... Speed Racer, Joel?

And if that scene did get cut, I am envisioning a mad dash to the stores the day the Un-cut dvd version of "White Out" is released! I bet that is his nudie scene--though, forgive me if I am mistaken, isn't it based off of a novel? If so, that would give us a hint as to if there are other scenes of that nature, barring anything gratuitous that Hollywood decides to throw in.

Would not get the hopes too high... Alex himself said in an interview that there is a naked Kate Beckinsale in the shower scene... and not with him. So the nudity may be Kate, in which case, who the ef cares...

I read over a year ago now, in a doctor's office in a women's mag... tho don't now recall which mag, sorry... an interview with her. She was blathering on about all sorts of things and posing for pics in the interview. They asked about Whiteout and she dissed the movie and the director and the script. Said she had liked the comic but the execution sucked in her opinion and she didn't want to do promos for the movie... she also complained that the set was not a fun one to work on. When they asked about her costars, she went on and on about loving Gabriel Macht but said not word one about ALex... It was a total bummer to read. I have read since then, somewhere else, that she didn't enjoy the experience of making this movie. SO have no idea what happened. But does not sound good.

At the very least, we could hope for the edited scenes, if there are any, on the dvd. And at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if it was released straight to video.
And really, if that man had to film a scene, or scenes, in the buff, the least they could do is keep those in. For his benefit. Because I am sure that is stressful to act without clothes. All that work for nothing. Only thinking of Alex.....

I'm still half expecting this movie to go straight to DVD.... it would not surprise me in the least.

And that would be fine with me... as long as they include ALLLLL the filmed scenes... thinking of Alex, as my sister Fleur is... wasted effort and all that...

But since JS didn't even include outtakes and etc on the ML dvd, I don't think he likes us...

It is never a good sign when the lead actor bashes the film, or the process of filming the movie. I saw an interview with her, too grace, and she couldn't have been less enthused about the movie. I am hoping to chalk it all up to extreme weather conditions.

And in looking at the 5, yes, 5 pix they posted for W.O., I am wondering if Alex isn't in them because he has a small role? Any idea the extent his character is in involved in this film? (esp. if he is a bad guy, they may want to spring that tidbit on us at a later time----why I am giving this so much thought is beyond me...)

Because it is new Alex... only it isn't cause they keep withholding... but potential new Alex... that's why you're obsessing... I don't feel like he's in it much tho...

Maybe one of our intrepid myspacers here, can be so kind as to ask him to post some current W.O. info--talk about filming, the size of his.......role (what is with me today?), etc. Give us something, some new bit to obsess over in the interim.

I am surprised, even if it is a small role, with Joel working with Alex on Moonlight, you would think he would give him some press time on this movie. Again, maybe thinks at the end of Moonlight, did not go so well for the two of them.

They all got burned so badly, I really think the rug was pulled out from under them, and not to beat a dead horse, but again, we will never know the extent of the behind the scenes drama that led to ML not being renewed.
