I was off at a board meeting... but I got home and immediately watched the TIvo! He was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! High def and everything!

Totally awesome! And we are back to Mr. O'Locklin. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!

And I agree my Fleur... love him even more now!

I agree that the little tics make him even more endearing, as if that were possible. Interesting how you don't see them when he's acting though. Maybe it's not being entirely comfortable in interview, although I think he handles them well and always makes them interesting!

He called J-Lo, Dude, when talking about her babies. Bwahahahaha!!!! Looks like Jason rubbed off on Alex a bit.

This is so cute. When he crouches and listens to her talking he watches her like he's totally in awe of her. He makes people feel special when he's around just by this attention he has.
And when he's talking he's so funny. "Castle Greyskull", hehe. JLo is funny, too, but takes the interview way more serious than he does.

At the scene where he asked "Don't you have a boyfriend or something?" I was reminded heavily of Mick when he asked Beth the same thing at the morgue. I can't wait to see that movie!

So I've watched the tv version and the internet version several times now (there is really NO scientific proof that dishes left soaking in the sink will not eventually just wash themselves, so I figured I'd take responsibility for running that experiment...). and they are both awesome!

The tv version cause he's big and high def... the internet version cause he says that line about one of his legs being bigger than her babies...gasp!

And both 'cause he is so using The Voice and he is just frikkin awesome... beautiful, funny, and awesome. Did I mention that he is awesome????

Oh Grace, I know. Isn't he just (still struggling for big enough words here) so frikkin' adorable? He called JLo dude! How cool is that? And they do seem really at ease - I'm sure that will come across on film.

From biker dudes to JLo - he wins them all over. Sighing along with you, Grace. Just sighing at the sheer unmitigated gorgeousness.

Oh and as a total afterthought, I thought JLo came across really well too - relaxed, chatty, happy. All in all, it was just super.

Loved both versions - he is such a cutie!! And their on-screen chemistry seems GREAT! I was a little worried about that at first when I saw the very first shots of Alex and Jennifer together. But now I think that they were looking a little awkward as they were in the "get to know you" stage.

I'd love to see some shots of Alex interacting with JLo's kids. And the Castle Greyskull reference blew me away... Alex is about my son's age and we still have all the He Man stuff, including the famous Castle, packed carefully away in the basement. Now I have mental picture of Alex saying, "by the power of Grayskull..."

I gotta tell you, I am always impressed with how well JLo comes off in interviews--she is adorable and sweet. Her and Alex level of comfort was so refreshing to see.

And his smiles, laughs and little tics--that's what make him so special. I hope that he never gets so popular that he loses those intrinsic qualities that make him the cool dude he is.

I thought she did well in the interview too, glowing and very relaxed and even more so when around Alex! I thought the way he looked up at "dude" was sweet too and when she looked down at him and saw that, I'm not sure how she didn't fall right off the chair!

Good point, Sis... AND she managed to continue speaking intelligently after seeing him look at her like that... Perhaps she's a greater actress than I have given her credit for...

I thought the scene they showed between Stan and Zoe in the pet store was cute. Apparently, Zoe is telling him that she can't go out with him. His response "Are you gay?". Its like he can't think of a better reason why she can't go out with him. Believe me, I can see his point!

I agree that scene was totally Mick like and finally made me really perk up and want to see this movie!
I never noticed alex to have so many tics before,,,wonder why
Has anyone else noticed that in all his recent interviews either for TR or TBUP he has practically no Aussie accent????
