Hmmmm.
I hate this waiting...I have NEVER been a patient person. I was the ulimate "Are we there yet?" kid. :giggle:

I wish I had a music lesson to go to...seriously, every time I have a music lesson, I come home to Alex news. It's almost scary. Too bad next music lesson is on Monday (it figures, doesn't it? :snicker: ).
Oh! Mondays are scary in ML world... :eyes:

I may need yet another drink...

If that's the case, does he know that all of his private worries are being translated twice only to be immediately posted on a public forum? :?
I recall that ML32 once wrote that Les knows that John L is a ML fan himself and has a friend who regularly posts on a ML forum. She sat in on some of their calls on speaker phone before.

But that doesn't mean that John L. knows that this person is posting everything that is said or that Les would approve of having this gossip out there. And not to put too fine a point on it, but how do you even know that this poster is legit? It would seem to me that after the "she who shall not be named" fiasco of bogus anonymous sources that people would be a bit more leery of people saying that they have supposed inside info.

OK. Reading through this thread, and being on the west coast so therefore always way behind the rest of you, it seems I have some serious drinking to do to catch up with all of you! :gasp: :gasp:

It is 8:30 here now, so I need to get on the ball! *runs for wine glass*; saves hard liquor for either:
1) a TR pick up to celebrate, OR

2) to drown my sorrows

SO--HERE'S TO OUR ALEX HAREM---MAY NEXT WEEK BRING JOY TO THE FANDOM AND ERASE THE HORRIBLE MEMORIES OF A YEAR AGO!

*takes very dainty sips for now* :drinking:

Yeah, I was suspicious of this whole "insider source" myself. Last fall, when we were waiting on news about the fate of Alex/Simon's pilots, she posted some tidbits of conversations that I and several others didn't take seriously. Then she wrote one post that had my head spin :dizzy: that CBS didn't approve any of Alex's pilots. She wrote it weeks before any of the news came out. I started exchanging PMs with her, when she started spilling a lot more info offline than on the public forum. I then forwarded some of the PMs to a couple of other posters, one of whom checked in with her Aussie source. I kept hoping this poster was making things up and she was completely wrong...

Anyway, the latest word is that TR is CBS's top favorite among the medical pilots. The question is whether CBS wants to see if NBC's medical shows will sink or swim before introducing theirs during mid-season, or go head to head.

More news from Nikki Finke but it's all about ABC. The only item of peripheral interest to us is that one of Jerry Bruckheimer's offerings has been picked up.

And for anyone who's been waiting, Fox has renewed Dollhouse for a second season.

Well, now that NBC, ABC and Fox have chosen most of their shows maybe we'll start hearing from CBS.

Deadline Hollywood Reports: Three Rivers looking good!

The UNTITLED NCIS SPINOFF and THE GOOD WIFE starring Julianna Margulies were always considered locks at CBS. So hiring writers is usually a preliminary to a pick-up. Because the medical show THREE RIVERS starring Alex O'Loughlin has now pulled ahead, the word is that neck-and-neck medical rival MIAMI TRAUMA from Jerry Bruckheimer is all but dead. I'm hearing U.S. ATTORNEY may go midseason.
