Some very nice pictures and a very interesting article.
There's an article? :melts:

"Very nice" is the understatement of the century. That's like saying the Great Wall of China is a rather large pile of bricks. :teeth:

He says that there is something really validating in standing on top of a mountain and looking back, but it doesn't show on the picture

:giggle: It's s'posed to be The Command-ah.
I think that Scott, like his on-screen alter ego, gets the Army and the Navy confoosed.

Just saw these in another thread. How lovely and thorough of this board to have more than one place to admire these pics.

WOW. He looks so intense in that one pic running. Thank you for sharing the article/pics! He is so disciplined, it's ridiculous. Wish I was like that. Heh.

For those waiting for a readable copy of the article, Mizzoh at AOLR has transcribed it.

To the mods: if you want to consolidate all the information about the Men's Fitness article under the new thread on it, I have no objection.

I'm always hesitant to read articles involving famous people whose work I like but I've learned that it's not that way with Alex. I love that he's always such a nice thoughtful person. It's nice to enjoy the work of someone like that.

Thanks so much for the link. That was a great article.

And thanks to AOLR for transcribing it and posting it.
