OMG, I just thought of an Office plot for our man. In the second (?) season of The Office, they had a "hot girl" selling purses who ended up going out with Jim for a little while.

How about a HOT maintenance guy? If you watch The Office, you know that their copier sucks so he could work on the copier or something. Then, have all the ladies in the office ooh-ing and aah-ing over him. It would make for really cute banter with everyone with Jim being jealous because Pam's oogling the guy and Dwight/Andy upset to see Angela going ga-ga over him. Hehe. Perhaps....even Michael would be attracted to him since he did have a crush on Ryan.

I realize that Alex's acting abilities are WAY, WAY greater than a role on The Office, but it would be fun and we would see him in a shirtless. See, he gets sweaty and has to take off his long-sleeved shirt. Then, Pam "accidentally" spills coffee on his tee-shirt. Woops!!

Maybe Alex ate so much proscuitto and bread dipped in extra virgin olive oil and, holy crap, cannolis...lots of cannolis and sfogilatelle...OMG sfogilatelle and Napoleons and tiramisu and those lobster tails with the French cream that waft calories and you gain weight just sniffing them. Maybe...he porked out. Whoa...he's holed up at a...SPA. Yeah, that's it, a SPA! And that's why he hasn't sent us any Myspace messages...his computer was confiscated because they caught him surfing the Food Network...sneaky boy.

Wondergirl I like your idea for The Office... but we need that adapted for CBS shows as he appears to be still under contract... maybe he could be the boy toy of that cute blond neighbor girl in Big Bang Theory one week... or is that too much... Alex in a show with the words Big Bang in the title? Overkill? Literally?

Actually Raven, your theory is as good as several that I proposed earlier on the Fleur thread:

... maybe he is suffering from a rare form of temporary amnesia and has forgotten to read his scripts... or maybe Holly, weary of the ML fans and suspicious of Alex's usual open communications with his adoring minions, has locked him in their room and won't let him out nor send any calls for aid to the outside world... or maybe, a la Tom Hanks and/or Lost, his plane from Oz went down and he is even now stranded on some uncharted island in the Pacific...or maybe he is trying WAAAAYYY too hard to be a "classic" actor and has chosen to emulate Garbo and "wants to be alone..."...

As for Alex's MySpace page, I've kind of given up on that. It pretty much seems abandonned since early October. No new comments have been added, it hasn't been updated at all, and I'm not even sure if new "friends" are being added. I hope he'll still use it for blogging though.

Has anyone found him on Facebook? I've looked, but the supposed Alex O'Loughlins listed there are all fan type pages.

I got through Grace's "H" comment by doing a quick substitution...I have Alex locked in my room!

Okay...so we all know how Alex looks completely different in all his projects. Alex the chameleon...well, maybe he's working...maybe he's acting. Hmmmm? Maybe...just maybe he's right under our noses.
