Oh man, this was great....I remember those couple notes he wrote, all completely hearbroken after the cancellation....

..he wanted very much for his fans to stick with him..I think it's safe to say we're onboard!

-->but I gotta ask....this being an all Moonlight site,
....are we going to follow his other show here, or am I going to have to do that on one of the other sites?

Nothing will take my love away for Moonlight, and I'll be visiting my Moonlight sites for as long as my friends get together to talk about it. But I can't wait to join my first "Three Rivers" fansite.

Gaaaaah...this man just oozes sweetness! I want this to happen for him so much! Oh, and for us too!

I love this man. He's such a genuine guy and a total sweetheart.
Every post he makes seems to show how much he really appreciates and cares about his fans, and that makes him even more endearing. Most actors wouldn't bother to write a note to their fans after their first day of filming, let alone one so full of personality. But that's part of what makes Alex so special...and I don't know about the rest of you but he makes me feel special with notes like this.

Is it wrong that just seeing him type 'Pittsburgh' made me squee and melt at the same time? lol.

Alex is filming something, and he blogged us.

All is right with the world.

Lovely. It sounds as if decisions weren't made until recently and things finally came together. It's nice to hear that he's happy and immersed in what he loves. It's been a long time coming.

I'm really pleased he has a shot at another series. Not many do.

I have been off the boards all evening and come back on to this,What A very very special man,just amazing that he would take the time to put out a blog.I just love him!!!

He is such a lovely man!! Wonderful to see that blog!!!!

There's nothing else for it - I have to give up sleeping. Sigh. But what lovely news to wake up to - I swear my heart rate still hasn't calmed down yet. It's so wonderful to hear from Alex and I hope he knows that we are all sending him good wishes. I'm sure he's gonna rock this role and I hope it all pans out exactly as he hopes.

o.z, of course we'll be following Three Rivers here - just as we are now - hence the "Our Beloved Moonlight Cast" forum. Our priority will always be ML but we'll be keeping up with all the news and chatting about TR right here.

I'm currently sitting at reception where no one can see me so I could actually be doing cartwheels and no one would know

I don't know why I'm even pretending I'm going to do any work today. Between being so tired after Metallica last night and knowing there is a blog that I've not read yet - never gonna happen!

This is sooooo great.
I really hope he doesn't perform some cardio-whatever surgery on some unsuspecting neighbor or something, but I love that he does his research thoroughly. And there's still some Mick-medic in him somewhere, so they aren't that different.
He's so excited, and so am I. I can't wait to see that show. I hope so much that it will be picked up.

And I love Alex for reaching out to the fans.

Two things...Three Rivers fansite...wow. Moonlight done did me in. I'm done, done, done...stick a fork in me, I'm done. No Three Rivers fansites. No, no, no, no...*vulcan mind meld*...NO 3 R'S FAN SITES FOR RAV!!!
Also, about the blog from Sweet Baby Alex...he knows we're with him. You can tell. He says straight up...it's not Moonlight! And he's laughing, he's happy, he's prepared...he knows he has us. He is so %$#@ing cool. Just like Mick in that respect.
