I swept my self-respect under the dining room carpet and went ahead and sent a quick email with the link to Jason's manager.

I got a standard polite reply:

"Thanks, Lilly! We really appreciate all your support of Jason. I'll forward the link to Jason."


I'm thinking they say that to everyone.

I think he would absolutely love this video, and I hope he does see it. People in the limelight have to be very careful about giving out personal contact information, though. So I'd think that you might hear from him via his manager, but probably not directly. Personally, I think your attitude is perfect. You made the vid to bring attention to him and to express your admiration for his work. If he sees it and appreciates it (both the vid and the sentiment behind it), that will be fabulous! I really hope he contacts you to tell you that he liked it...
