Ooh, great choices, everyone! And here's a perfect song for my generation: "Moondance," by Van Morrison. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNsmF9JTpuI

Contains one of my fave lines ("Someone shot nostalgia in the back") from one of my fave bands, Bauhaus: "Who Killed Mr. Moonlight" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjEj-8PerIs.

That's great, HotMicks! I like Bauhaus. I found one I'd never heard before. Very dreamy piano music. "Moonlight," performed by Yiruma. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=99GyFmnH59s

How about another classic? "Blue Moon"

Moon over Miami Bill Haley and the Comets
(This is a weird clip it has two songs. Moon over Miami starts about 2:20 into it.
Although I enjoyed Apple Blossom time.

"The Killing Moon," by Echo and the Bunnymen, has the most wonderfully vampy music video! Check it out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aX1PwkgwsG0

Re: Moonlight Songs Game
Here's a reeeeeally strange song that I heard on the interview show "Fresh Air" tonight. The artist is Nick Cave, who grew up in a small town in Australia. The song is "Jesus of the Moon." I like this song a lot. And it has a sort of oddly Moonlightish feel. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fz1kUY6v1EU
