I'm heading out in about half an hour to catch a show with my hubby. (Love that guy--he is awfully supportive of me and my obsessions.) :hearts:

Sorry for the double post, but the movie just ended... and I am really satisfied. I think they succeeded in creating a love letter to the fans, while also making it interesting to people who weren't diehards. Hubby really liked it, too. And he's definitely in the latter category. :winky:

Okay, now I'm going for the epic TRIPLE POST! :yahoo:

Ira Glass of This American Life has posted the coolest, geekiest love-letter-to-Veronica-Mars blog about the experience of being in the movie. :hearts: http://www.thisamericanlife.org/blog/20 ... mars-movie

I love his show and I think it's pretty damn awesome that (a) they used actual This American Life staffers as extras, (b) Ira Glass said an embarrassing fanboy thing to a movie star, and (c) he was already a big fan of the series and loved the movie AND the Kickstarter fans who made it possible.

Marshmallows are everywhere. :teeth:

Saw the movie tonight and I thought it was great. Hugely enjoyable and the chemistry between Logan & Veronica was off the charts as always. :hearts:

Disappointed that Veronica Mars wasn't in the top ten this week. I heard they were adding more theaters. :Mickangel:

I read that they are adding threaters also. If they get one closer to my home I'll go again. :biggrin:
