redwinter101 wrote:Grace, thank you SO much for the Collider link. Just brilliant - definitely the best interview from the press day.

Highlights: "I was awesome" and the whole snake choking thing... :giggle: Loved. It.

Re the Hulu clip - sigh. Can only be streamed in the US. Grrrr.

Alle, sounds like you had a blast. :yahoo: :yahoo:

Annnnnd did you notice his intense, almost frenetic, interest in making an action movie???????

I absolutely rolled when he cracked up over Jennifer's comment about choking the snake. :rolling: :rolling: :rolling:

And... um... yeah, I could totally see those two in an action movie... :teeth: Or Alex and somebody else, or just Alex, doing all sorts of exciting and stuntmanlike things on the screen... with NOBODY else... I'd go to that flick...

Maybe in it he could play, oh, I dunno....a vampire? One who has a neat job, like, say...private investigator?

OK... another new interview... deal breaker for Alex in a dating situation...
And btw, I am not clever enough to find these; the incredibly active researchers at H50fans are turning up stuff left and right... so all credit is to them. I am just sharing it with ya'll here... and we're not allowed to link to over there...

That's it.

I. Am. Done.

There is nothing wrong with this man.

P.S. Thanks, Grace. :smooch:

No other dealbreaker than that? Very endearing. :hearts:
I love him already. He doesn't need to say things like that.

Bob love Alex. Then again, with his 'deal breaking' criteria, maybe not so much of the Bob Loving....

Gotta love a man with such lax dating standards! No 'you-know-what' and must be between the ages of 18-60----so nice to know that we all fit his stringent standards. :giggle:

He must be so sick and tired of the same questions that he is just throwing whatever out there at this point!

And him and JLo really seem to get along well, don't they? She was certainly doing her fair share of affectionate touching. Lucky, lucky gal.

Supposedly, those of us who are not Alle ( :smooch: :smooch: :smooch: ) can watch the premiere red carpet walks via the internet:

Thanks, dearest grace.... :smooch: This will be the next best thing to being there :hearts:

The clip seems very much like what we saw, except that I think they edited the boomerang stuff slightly. There was a little more give-and-take between Alex and Jimmy K. about the difference between curved and straight boomerangs, but it was pretty inconsequential. The part where Alex said, "Did I hear people saying 'aww'? It wasn't cute. It was nasty" was just soooo funny. :rolling: His stories were funny and fun, and I thought it was a good interview.

The part about Jack Lord's hairstyle was really funny, and Alex was so cute when people in the audience were (incorrectly) correcting his use of the word "quiff" - he said something like, "Hey, I'm Australian! We're different!" and he made such a silly face--we couldn't really see that from the audience. I'm happy to have gotten the opportunity to be there in person AND see the clips after.
alle,

thank you so much for filling in the blanks  ....the bit where he said "Did I hear people saying 'aww'? It wasn't cute. It was nasty" was one of the few times I've actually seen Alex grin like that - his smile was incredible and he was having a good time. I probably had a silly grin on my face at work today.....I just kept remembering his grin....not to mention him strolling onto the stage....shouldn't see things like that on my way to work :snicker: So much for concentration.

The bit with the hair was cute.....and he was right...it was a quiff!!

for your humor and amusement....the folks at TVbythenumbers are puzzling as to why there was such an (apparently) sharp increase in viewing of CBS shows last night, considering some of the lineup were reruns.....I wonder how many weren't watching the shows so much as the ads last night :snicker:
