Oh grace--as I told you before, it is taking a hit watching those soaps--even for a few minutes at at time. I've gotten pretty good at timing the commercials so that I don't have to watch much of the soaps---when I saw a guy actually chasing a jet, trying to stop it, I knew I was in an alternate universe. No disrespect to anyone who watches CBS soaps intended.

With all of the remote channel changing I do while running, one of these days I am going to end up on the floor, twisted beneath the machine!

Yes, alternate universe where babies become teenagers in about 5 years' time...

And our agile Fleurette can handle the remote... I have no doubt about that...

Thanks for taking on the pain... but maybe you WILL catch a glimpse of His Hotness...

I saw the CM promo once last night around 9:30 or so. A shorter version of the original one. I had to suffer through a million NCIS and Mentalist promos.
And Bob knows we don't need yet another cop show on TV!

I know that they go overboard on some of those promos. Used to drive me nuts when ML was still airing. I mean, Survivor gets huge numbers, and they showed promos for that constantly. One would think that you would use your dollars wisely to promote the shows that actually need the promoting.

But, what do I know?!

Yes, one would surmise that possibly PART of Survivor's big numbers were all the promos... so share the love and maybe the OTHER shows might get an audience too... duh!

CM Commercial watch:

Well, I've been watching CBS since 11:30 am cst--it's now about 12:20, and not one CM commercial yet. I have seen a lengthy NCIS promo, 2 CSI's (they may be different shows, who knows), Survivor, and The Mentalist (Simon Baker is cute!).

I've also seen 2 commercials for the Scooter Store, and ad for Depends---both men's and women's types, Vagisil--with some sort of color strip thingy that comes with it (I don't wanna know) and the many uses of Clorox bleach, most of which I was unaware of, and one that will be used to bleach my brain later. Oh and Y & R has all the same actors on it since I remember seeing it decades ago.

Have to run 2 1/2 more miles, than I will report back.

I'm going in, someone cover me.............


*******ETA:Just saw the CM commercial!! (12:30 cst) The original one with the teeth clicking. Tripped over my da*n ipod trying to get to the tv--about killed myself. And I am starting to get used to "O'Lofflin", I've heard it so many times. Grr.

Sorry to keep bugging everyone--but I cannot squee alone!~ They just showed another Alex promo! At 12:50---only 20 minutes after the last one aired. This time, I stayed on the treadmill, but hit the wrong button to turn up the volume and changed the channel.

At this rate, I will still be exercising by tomorrow's ep
