OK I totally have a girl crush on this reporter now...
And btw, Alex was on our local tv this morning... not live; it was clearly taped yesterday but shown today. Same outfit and all... very strong Aussie accent in this one... :giggle:
Thank Bob I didn't oversleep; i'd've missed it...

Just for everyone's info, this thread has now hit 25 pages but we're going to leave it open until 9pm (EST) Sunday, i.e. when TR airs. At that point we'll lock this thread and start a new spoiler thread for discussion of the show.

The ET interview was great. They started out with ML questions and personal questions that made Alex cringe, but he got through them just fine. When the actual questions about TR and donation started, he perked up and was really passionate about it. Well done, Alex!

I've gotta say, though--why was the camera on the interviewer so much!? Sheesh--like we want to see that guy... he admitted it himself, he's just a regular guy. They even missed part of Alex's head-thrown-back laugh! Darn them. Where is the footage from the cutting room floor, that's what I wanna know...

ETA: Woo-hoo, the LA Times loved TR!!! :hyper2: (But somebody's gotta teach that woman that it's "reined in," not "reigned in." However, she can spell it "rained in" if she wants... as long as she gets people to tune in the show and give it a chance.)

Tomato, tomahto, reign, rein, O'Lofflin, O'Lachlin---as long as they don't call the whole thing off....

So does that mean we need to use the spoiler tags in the new thread on Sunday, or no? And I am SURE this is a stoopid question, but fools rush in and all... :blushing:

No spoiler tags will be needed Grace - that's why it's a good idea to have a new thread and the whole THREAD will be spoilery, so if you don't wanna know, stay away from the entire thread.

That means everyone can discuss things openly without having to use spoiler tags and without worrying about ruining it for anyone who hasn't seen the episode. Our West Coast chums will have to stay away for a few hours; the rest of the world, until however long it takes them to catch up!

:bulb: Perhaps we can have another non-spoilery thread so that no one is left out in the cold with nowhere to discuss TR in general. Or we could leave this one unlocked for just a bit longer.

I just went to TVGuide's website (www.tvguide.com) & Three Rivers is ALL OVER the Grid listing - the top, sidese & everything. Not sure if it varies each time you go to the website - but I was pumped to see it all over the website....

Interesting to hear how in depth Alex has researched organ transplant and all the studying and some of his philosophical questions he is asking himself. Can't say I agree with him but nonetheless it's making him ponder stuff.
