An update regarding Kickstarter from the

Searching For Sonny In January, we'll be sending out everything except the DVD to all our Kickstarter friends! (Look for the DVD after we release) Happy Holidays!

Searching for Sonny was shown at the Festivus Film Fest last night in Denver ... where it took home the prize for Best Picture!!

Excellent news!
Lilly - do you know of any other film festivals where it will be shown? I'd like to see it - particularly if it's somewhere warm.

They are showing at a small festival in Beaumont, Texas, The Boomtown Film & Music Festival, on February 24-25.

My impression is that this is small-ish local festival, but I haven't looked into it closely. There isn't any schedule information available yet.
I know they're submitting to a number of larger festivals, from now through the spring. As soon as I get confirmation of any, I'll absolutely let you know.

Beaumont is warm enough for me! I think I'll try to arrange it along with some touristy things in the area.

OH POOOO! I live in Denver how did I miss hearing about this?
I didn't even know such an event was going on.
I know I must have been blinded by all the Tebowing this week. Now that it's all over...no more excuses
