Holy cow! That must be new! I've checked fairly regularly over the years.
OMG - I just checked and it's on iTunes now too! It's listed strangley -- as a TV series -- but who cares?!

He was about 17 or 18.
(The film is from the year 2000.)

I've never heard of this movie.
If you want to see him at about 13, he was in a short film called "Broken Record," and the cuteness overload in that is EPIC.
